Tunto L 60 - 880 mm - Black Pendant

The Tunto L 60 Pendant Lamp in Black stands as the most powerful model in the Tunto collection, delivering maximum lumen output within a remarkably streamlined architectural form. Designed by Mikko Kärkkäinen and crafted in Finland, this fixture measures 880 mm in length, with a canopy height of 35 mm, width of 220 mm and depth of 110 mm, while the solid wood body measures 60 x 60 mm. The black stained wood finish brings a refined, minimalist presence to any interior, combining technical sophistication with clean geometric lines.

This particular configuration features microprism, honeycomb or lens optics, offering ultra-low glare with a UGR rating below 16, alongside a color temperature of 2700 K, 3000 K or 4000 K and an excellent color rendering index of Ra = 93. With an LED lifespan exceeding 50,000 hours, the L 60 is engineered for long-term performance and visual comfort.

Control is handled via the optional Casambi (Bluetooth) system, a 2-wire setup requiring only active and neutral wires at the ceiling outlet. Dimming is continuous and can be operated externally through the Tunto EnOcean switch or via smartphone and tablet, offering flexible, wireless control tailored to modern living spaces.

Suspended by a 2-meter cable that can be shortened as needed, and supplied with a 3-meter power cable, the L 60 is rated IP20 for indoor use and complies with Class II protection standards. As a natural material, the wood may exhibit subtle variations in grain and tone, adding organic character that matures gracefully over time.

Which optic should I choose?
Microprism — diffuses the light for the softest, lowest-glare result; the usual choice above desks and workstations.
Honeycomb — shields the LED so the fitting reads dark from normal viewing angles, with tighter beam control; suits open-plan offices and hospitality.
Lenses — the most directional option, giving crisp, focused light; ideal over dining tables and kitchen islands.
