Tunto Curve - 2000 mm - Black / Gold Pendant

The Tunto Curve Pendant Lamp brings together soft, organic form and precision-engineered light in a striking 2000 mm silhouette. Designed by Mikko Kärkkäinen and crafted in Finland, this piece pairs a gracefully rounded solid wood body in Black with elegant 24K Gold Plated detailing, resulting in a fixture that feels both sculptural and refined. The gently curved top gives the lamp a distinctive linear presence, making it a natural centerpiece above dining tables, kitchen islands, or long stretches of open interior space.

At the heart of the Curve is microprism, honeycomb or lens optics, engineered to deliver low-glare, comfortable illumination with a color rendering index of Ra = 93 for true, vibrant color reproduction. Set to a crisp 2700 K, 3000 K or 4000 K color temperature, the LED light source offers a lifespan of up to 50,000 hours, ensuring long-lasting performance with minimal maintenance.

Control is effortless thanks to the integrated optional Casambi (Bluetooth) system, allowing continuous dimming via smartphone, tablet, or the optional Tunto EnOcean wireless switch—no complex wiring required beyond active and neutral connections at the ceiling outlet.

Built for indoor use, the Curve carries an IP20 rating and Class II protection, with a suspension height of 2 meters and a 3-meter power cable, both of which can be shortened to suit your space. As with all solid wood pieces, natural variations in grain and tone may occur, adding character that develops beautifully over time. Installation should be carried out by qualified personnel.

Which optic should I choose?
Microprism — diffuses the light for the softest, lowest-glare result; the usual choice above desks and workstations.
Honeycomb — shields the LED so the fitting reads dark from normal viewing angles, with tighter beam control; suits open-plan offices and hospitality.
Lenses — the most directional option, giving crisp, focused light; ideal over dining tables and kitchen islands.
