Tom Rossau ST906 Table Light

Discover the Tom Rossau ST906 Table Light in Birch Natural, a timeless lamp whose compact size, Ø 25 x H 47 cm, makes it wonderfully versatile. Place it on a dresser, tuck it into a bookcase, or let it rest on a window sill — it brings warm, ambient light to any spot without demanding too much space.

Crafted from natural birch veneer, the ST906 showcases the beauty of a living material. The birch lamellas are left untreated, allowing the wood's natural character to shine through. Over time, the veneer develops a gentle patina, gilding slightly and highlighting the natural wood veins for a look that only grows richer with age. The result is a warm, cozy glow that differs distinctly from the general, white-toned light produced by Tom Rossau's coated paper lamps.

The ST906 Table Light uses a single E27 socket bulb, making it easy to source replacement bulbs and integrate into your existing lighting setup. Its design is also available as a pendant version, allowing you to create a cohesive lighting scheme across different rooms using the same material and aesthetic.

As with all birch veneer pieces from Tom Rossau, care is simple: clean only with a dry dust brush, and keep the lamp away from water or moisture, which can soften the wood fibers and cause the veneer to bend. With proper care, this natural material will age gracefully, developing character while continuing to cast its signature warm light for years to come.
