The Tom Dixon Whirl Fat Cone Table Light is Tom Dixon's experiment in mirrored reflections. Inspired by the bold elegance of the Op Art movement, Whirl captivates with its hypnotic spiral design, transforming light and reflection into an ever-changing myriad of abstract patterns.
The Fat Cone Table Light pairs the 30 cm Whirl shade with a fat cone-shaped base, 47.5 cm high, in mirrored polycarbonate and steel — a compact statement piece for a side table, desk or console.
It is fitted with an integrated 7.5 W LED module delivering 800 lumens at a warm 3000 K with a CRI above 90, and is dimmable via an inline dimmer on the 250 cm black fabric cable.
Designed by Tom Dixon in 2024. The shade comes in Silver, Gold and Copper; the cone in black powder-coated steel or, for the Silver shade, in polished silver.
