Stilnovo Bugia Table Lamp

Stilnovo's Bugia Table Lamp, designed by Roberto Beretta and Antonio Macchi Cassia in 1977, stands as a testament to timeless design and craftsmanship. Inspired by the traditional handled candle holders, this lamp embraces the roots of historical lighting while infusing it with modern aesthetic sensibilities. The name 'Bugia' itself is derived from the African city of Bidgiaya, historically known for its candle wax production, adding a layer of rich narrative to its modern interpretation.

The Bugia is not just a table lamp but also doubles as a wall lamp, versatile in both function and placement. Its minimalist frame allows it to blend seamlessly into any décor, enhancing the space with its polished finishes available in colors such as black, green, red, white, and yellow. Despite its simple structure, the Bugia table lamp encapsulates a blend of simplicity and innovation, demonstrating that the most straightforward ideas can lead to some of the most profound designs in modern lighting.

This lamp, apart from being a functional lighting fixture, acts as a pivotal aesthetic element within any interior setup. Whether placed in a business setting or a home environment, the Bugia lamp exudes elegance and a whisper of historical charm, making it a perennial piece in Stilnovo's collection of esteemed lighting designs.
