Serax Surface Serving Bowl

Discover the Serax Surface Serving Bowl L in Rusty Brown, a striking piece from the Surface collection by designer Sergio Herman. Inspired by his homeland of Zeeland, a Dutch landscape shaped by tides, flood surges, and shifting coastlines, this collection translates raw natural beauty into refined tableware. The rough textures and subtle unevenness of each bowl echo the region's rugged terrain, while the reactive glaze ensures that no two pieces are ever quite alike, resulting in warm, authentic variations in color and finish.

Crafted from durable stoneware with a glazed finish, this serving bowl measures 19 x 19 x 8 cm, weighs 1.01 kg, and offers a generous capacity of 140 cl, making it ideal for serving salads, sides, or shared dishes at the table. It is fully food-safe, dishwasher resistant, microwave safe, and oven resistant up to 180°C, combining everyday practicality with sculptural appeal.

As many pieces in the Surface collection are finished by hand, slight irregularities may occur, adding to the individual character and craftsmanship of each bowl. This is tableware that tells a story, one of deep coastal tones, weathered textures, and the raw honesty of nature.

Bring the Surface collection's earthy sophistication to your table and let this serving bowl become a lasting centerpiece for everyday dining and special occasions alike.
