Serax Surface Coffee Cup with Saucer

Discover the Serax Surface Coffee Cup with Saucer in Indi Gray, a refined addition to the acclaimed Surface collection by designer Sergio Herman. Crafted in glazed stoneware, this Lungo cup and saucer set captures the moody, atmospheric tones of the North Sea, translating them into a tactile, everyday object for the table. Its reactive glaze ensures that no two pieces are ever quite alike, with subtle shifts in color and texture that lend each cup a distinct, handcrafted character.

Measuring 13 x 13 x 6 cm and weighing 0.52 kg, the cup holds a generous 13 cl capacity, ideal for a proper lungo or a comforting cup of coffee. Finished by hand, the piece may show gentle irregularities — a natural feature that celebrates its artisanal origins rather than diminishing its quality. The set is dishwasher, microwave, and oven safe (up to 180°C), making it as practical as it is beautiful, suited for daily use in both home and hospitality settings.

Part of the wider Surface collection, this piece draws inspiration from Sergio Herman's native Zeeland, a Dutch landscape shaped by tides, dunes, and shifting coastlines. The deep, earthy Indi Gray hue reflects the raw beauty of this ever-changing terrain, echoing "the mystic North Sea" that inspired the entire range.

Please note a minimum order quantity of 8 pieces applies to this product, making it a perfect choice for restaurants, hotels, or those looking to build a complete, characterful coffee service at home.
