Serax Perfect Imperfection Espresso Cup

Discover the Espresso Cup Perfect Imperfection by Serax, a refined addition to the acclaimed Perfect Imperfection tableware collection designed by Roos van de Velde. Crafted in fine bone china, this espresso cup embraces a design philosophy that celebrates irregularity, coincidence and the beauty of the unpolished. Its transparent white glaze allows subtle variations in form and finish to shine through, making every piece quietly distinct from the next.

The collection marks a genuine innovation in porcelain production, being among the first to intentionally let imperfection and chance shape the final result. The outcome is a delicate balance between precision and spontaneity, resulting in tableware that feels both considered and organic. This espresso cup pairs effortlessly with the rest of the Perfect Imperfection range, allowing for a cohesive, understated table setting.

Measuring L 7.5 x W 6.5 x H 6.5 cm and weighing just 0.11 kg, this compact cup holds a capacity of 9 cl, ideal for a perfect espresso. The glazed bone china finish is food-safe, dishwasher-safe and microwave-safe, though not suitable for oven or salamander use, making it a practical choice for daily rituals as well as special occasions.

As many pieces in this collection are finished by hand, slight irregularities may occur — a natural and intended part of each cup's individual character. Please note a minimum order quantity of 6 pieces applies to this item, making it well suited for both personal collections and hospitality settings seeking understated elegance with a distinctive, artisanal touch.
