Serax Frin Ottoman L is a striking piece of furniture designed by Ann Demeulemeester, part of her first complete furniture collection developed with life partner Patrick Robyn. Frin builds on the ideas explored in the Frou design, echoing its generous proportions and low-slung silhouette, but does away with the backrest so it can double as a casual, upholstered table when paired with a tray. Available in the L length of 140 centimetres, it offers an inviting, sculptural presence in any interior.

The ottoman is upholstered in a soft, washable linen textile developed exclusively for the collection, finished with long, tactile fringes that add movement and depth to its low, grounded form. The interplay of soft material and structured shape reflects Demeulemeester's signature aesthetic, one that celebrates contrast between strength and fragility, structure and nonchalance, refinement and ease.

The Frin Ottoman L is available in black and white, allowing it to suit both bold, graphic interiors and softer, more neutral spaces.

Measuring 140 cm in length, 93 cm in width and 42 cm in height, and weighing 42.9 kg, this generously scaled ottoman is crafted from linen and intended for indoor, dry environments only. As with much of the collection, pieces are finished by hand, meaning slight irregularities may occur — a natural part of each item's individual character.
