Serax Collage Tea Cup - Set of 4

Discover the Serax Collage Tea Cup – Set of 4, a refined addition to your tableware collection that brings warmth and quiet elegance to any table setting. Crafted from solid acacia wood, each cup offers a tactile, organic beauty that celebrates the natural grain and character of the material. As part of the acclaimed Collage collection by design duo Utilise.objects, this tea cup reinterprets the traditional Japanese tea cup through a distinctly contemporary lens.

Designed by Giel Dedeurwaerder and Brent Neve, the Collage collection was born from a pursuit of balance between material, shape, and proportion. The designers envisioned tableware that transcends its function, doubling as decoration worthy of display rather than storage. This philosophy, combined with the thoughtful pairing of warm wood tones and durable craftsmanship, earned the collection the prestigious Henry Van de Velde Award 2019 in the Habitat category.

Each cup measures 8.5 x 8.5 x 5.8 cm, weighs 0.48 kg, and holds a capacity of 15 cl, making it perfectly sized for an intimate tea moment. The acacia wood is food-safe, though not suitable for dishwasher, microwave, or oven use. As many Serax pieces are finished by hand, slight variations in grain and tone may occur, adding to the individuality of each cup.

Please note this item has a minimum order quantity of four pieces, making it ideal for gifting or setting a complete table for family and guests alike.
