Serax Cena Coffee Cup without Handle

Designed by Vincent Van Duysen for Serax, the Cena Coffee Cup without Handle in ivory embodies quiet, understated elegance. Free from bold colours, textures or shapes, it distills tableware down to its essence, letting simplicity and craftsmanship speak for themselves. Part of the wider Cena collection, this piece reflects Van Duysen's signature style: warm, purified and effortlessly refined.

Crafted from glazed porcelain, the cup carries a soft, tactile finish that feels as good as it looks. As many pieces in the collection are finished by hand, slight irregularities may occur — a natural mark of authenticity that makes each cup unique. With a capacity of 20 cl, it measures L 8 x W 8 x H 6 cm and weighs just 0,14 kg, offering a light, balanced feel in hand.

Practical as it is beautiful, the Cena coffee cup is dishwasher and microwave safe, as well as fully food-safe, making it suited for daily use. It is not intended for oven or salamander use. Its neutral, off-white tone allows it to blend seamlessly into any table setting, whether paired with the rest of the Cena dinnerware or mixed with other pieces from your collection.

Part of a design philosophy that favours natural materials — from glazed porcelain to wood and smoked glass — the Cena collection by Vincent Van Duysen brings a warm, cheerful atmosphere to the table. This coffee cup captures that spirit in its purest, most essential form, ready to become a quiet staple of everyday rituals.
