Serax Aura Side Table S

The Serax Aura Side Table S is a refined study in geometry and craftsmanship, designed by Ann Demeulemeester in collaboration with Patrick Robyn. Two solid wood circles, laid flat to form the top and base, are joined by a slender curved pillar and a thin cylindrical column set parallel toward the outer edge of the form. The result is a sculptural silhouette that feels both grounded and delicately balanced, embodying the interplay of structure and nonchalance that defines the Demeulemeester aesthetic.

A version with an integrated LED light set into the tabletop is sold separately as the Aura Side Table with LED Light. Light intensity can be adjusted intuitively by stroking the column's surface, allowing the table to shift seamlessly between quiet functionality and atmospheric presence.

Crafted from solid beech or oak, the table is available in a range of finishes: Beech Black, Beech Cream, Beech Off-White, Oak Natural, Oak Stained Black, and Oak Stained Brown. Each piece is finished with a sprayed lacquer or water-based stain, protecting the wood while allowing for easy cleaning with a damp cloth. As with all pieces in the collection, natural variations in the wood grain and finish are to be expected, lending each table its own individual character.

Measuring 51 x 51 x 62 cm and weighing 6.7 kg, the Aura side table brings a poetic yet functional presence to any interior, suited equally to a living room, bedroom, or study.
