Seletti Sending Animals Goose

Meet the Sending Goose, a striking side table from Seletti's Sending Animals collection, designed by the visionary Marcantonio. Part of a series that reimagines the silhouettes of classic farm animals, this piece channels an ancestral dialogue between humans and nature, filtered through Marcantonio's signature wit and love for reclaimed materials.

Crafted in wood, the Sending Goose is built using the very same techniques employed to produce authentic packing crates, transforming an everyday industrial process into a sculptural statement. The raw, functional aesthetic of shipping crate construction is reinterpreted here to form the unmistakable shape of a goose, blending irony with craftsmanship in true Marcantonio style.

Measuring 65 x 38 cm, height 66 cm, this side table stands as a bold, characterful addition to any interior, equally at home as a standalone design object or a functional surface beside a sofa or armchair. Its presence speaks to the playful, thought-provoking language that defines the entire Sending Animals collection, alongside its companions the cow and the pig.

Marcantonio's work has always explored the tension between artistic concept and design function, and the Sending Goose is no exception. It invites reflection on our relationship with the natural world while offering a genuinely useful, sculptural piece of furniture for the home.
