Seletti Magna Graecia Ashtray

Step into the storytelling world of Seletti's Magna Graecia collection with the Ashtray Dialogues in Blue, a striking terracotta piece that transforms a functional object into a small work of art. Designed by Antonio Aricò, this ashtray draws on the timeless imagery of Italy's ancient South, where myth and craftsmanship intertwine to create objects rich in narrative and character.

Crafted from terracotta, the ashtray captures the tactile warmth and artisanal charm of traditional Mediterranean pottery, reinterpreted through a contemporary design lens. Its deep blue finish evokes the sea and sky of Magna Graecia, while decorative motifs pay homage to the region's storied past, blending archetypal forms with modern sensibility.

Compact and beautifully detailed, the ashtray measures ⌀ 15 cm x h. 5.5 cm (⌀ 5.90'' x h. 2.17''), making it a versatile addition to any tabletop, desk, or outdoor lounging space. Beyond its practical use as a smoke tray, it stands as a decorative accent, ideal for those who appreciate design objects with soul and heritage.

Part of Antonio Aricò's celebrated Magna Graecia line, this piece reflects his signature approach to design: one that favors romance, fantasy, and craft over cold functionality. Each detail speaks to a broader narrative, inviting owners to bring a fragment of Italy's ancient sea of stories into their everyday spaces.

A refined choice for collectors and design enthusiasts alike, this ashtray complements the wider Magna Graecia collection, pairing effortlessly with other terracotta pieces for a cohesive, story-driven interior aesthetic.
