Seletti Kintsugi Soup Bowl

Discover the Kintsugi Soup Bowl 03 by Seletti, a striking piece from the celebrated Kintsugi tableware collection designed by Marcantonio. Inspired by the ancient Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with gold, this soup bowl reinterprets the philosophy of Kintsugi in a contemporary key, transforming imperfection into beauty through delicate golden fractures that trace across the porcelain surface.

Crafted from fine porcelain, the bowl combines refined craftsmanship with an artistic, one-of-a-kind aesthetic. Each golden seam is designed to look as though it were mending a fragile object, creating a charming and unexpected composition that celebrates the beauty of imperfection rather than concealing it. The result is a tableware piece that feels both precious and deeply symbolic, ideal for those who appreciate design with a story to tell.

Measuring approximately ø 22 cm, h 4 cm (ø 8.7” x h 1.6”), the bowl is sized perfectly for soups, broths, and other everyday dishes, while remaining elegant enough for special occasions. It is dishwasher-safe, though not suitable for microwave use, ensuring practicality alongside its refined appearance.

Part of the wider Kintsugi collection by Seletti and Marcantonio, this soup bowl pairs beautifully with matching plates, mugs, and dinnerware pieces from the same series, allowing you to compose a table setting rich in artistic detail and contemporary character.
