Seletti Kintsugi Dinner Plate

The ancient Japanese art of Kintsugi finds a contemporary voice in this striking dinner plate by Seletti, designed by Marcantonio. Rooted in the philosophy of celebrating imperfection, Kintsugi traditionally repairs broken ceramics with gold, transforming flaws into features. Here, that same spirit is reimagined: delicate porcelain is enriched with gilded fragments, creating charming, unexpected compositions that feel both timeless and thoroughly modern.

Part of the acclaimed Kintsugi collection, the Dinner Plate 03 combines fine craftsmanship with artistic storytelling. Each piece captures the beauty of contrast, pairing the purity of white porcelain with the warmth of gold detailing, resulting in tableware that doubles as a conversation piece. The design reflects Marcantonio's signature approach, blending irony, elegance, and a playful reinterpretation of tradition.

Crafted in porcelain and gold, the plate measures Ø 27.5 cm, h. 3 cm, offering a generous surface ideal for everyday dining or special occasions alike. It is dishwasher-safe, though not suitable for microwave use, ensuring practicality without compromising on its artisanal appeal.

Perfectly suited to those who appreciate design with narrative depth, this dinner plate can be paired with other pieces from the Kintsugi range to create a cohesive, gallery-worthy table setting. A refined addition to any home, it brings a touch of artistic heritage to the modern dining experience, making every meal feel like an occasion worth celebrating.
