Seletti Kintsugi Cake Stand

The Kintsugi Cake Stand by Seletti reinterprets the ancient Japanese art of Kintsugi through a contemporary design lens, transforming the philosophy of celebrated imperfection into a striking piece of tableware. Designed by Marcantonio, this cake stand embraces the idea that fractures and repairs can become a source of beauty rather than something to conceal, giving each piece a unique and unexpected character.

Crafted from fine porcelain and enriched with real gold fragments, the stand features delicate golden veins that trace across its surface, evoking the traditional technique of mending broken ceramics with precious metal. The result is a charming, one-of-a-kind composition that turns everyday dining into a moment of refined storytelling.

Measuring Ø 36.15 cm x H 15.38 cm (Ø 14.23” x 6.05”), this cake stand offers a generous surface perfect for showcasing desserts, pastries, and celebration cakes, becoming a graceful centerpiece for any table setting. Its elegant silhouette and artisanal detailing make it equally suited to everyday elegance and special occasions.

Please note that this piece is not dishwasher-safe and not microwave-safe, and should be cared for with gentle hand washing to preserve its delicate gold detailing over time.

Part of the wider Kintsugi collection by Seletti and Marcantonio, this cake stand pairs beautifully with matching plates, mugs, and decorative objects from the same line, allowing you to build a cohesive and artistic table setting rooted in beauty born from imperfection.
