FRSanta & Cole TMM Floor lamp
Détails du produit
Using simple elements in an intelligent way, Milá gave to the TMM a simple shape but a very interesting design. The shade is held at the required height by a simple rubber ring, so that you can always adapt the lamp to your room. While the shade is available in beige and in white, the structure is offered in a range of five different woods.
The lampshade is delivered with cable, bulb socket and fastening system to the structure. The light is switched on /off by pulling lightly on the cable.
Miguel Milá, the designer:
Pioneer of the industrial design in Spain, Miguel Milá has seen some of his furniture and lamps become real contemporary classics. Born in a Catalan family, he always had strong links with the artistic world and started working as an interior designer in his brother’s architecture Studio at the end of the 50s. It was a time of crisis in Spain, and Spanish people hardly knew what industrial design was.
