Rotaliana Venere W2 Wall Ceiling Lamp

Rotaliana Venere W2 is a wall or ceiling lamp designed by Giovanni Lauda in 2021, conceived as a sculptural yet functional source of diffused light. Its design centers on two overlapping aluminium discs joined by a hinge, allowing the fixture to transform from a slim, minimal disc resting flat against the wall or ceiling into an expressive, articulated form. Opened up to 96 degrees and rotated freely, Venere W2 directs its beam with precision, moving like an attentive eye to cast light exactly where it is needed.

At the heart of the design is an opaline polycarbonate diffuser that ensures a soft, even glow, free from glare and harsh contrasts. The interplay between the aluminium shells and the diffuser gives the lamp a distinctive dual identity: sculptural and closed when idle, dynamic and functional when in use. This versatility makes Venere W2 equally suited to residential interiors and contract environments, whether mounted on a wall or integrated into a ceiling composition.

The lamp features dimmable LED technology with a CRI of 90, guaranteeing faithful colour rendering and a refined quality of light. A driver is included, simplifying installation and integration into existing lighting systems. Venere W2 is available in a 2700 K or 3000 K colour temperature, allowing you to select the warmth that best complements your space, and can be specified with On/Off, Push, or Dali dimming, offering flexibility for both simple and advanced lighting control setups.

A refined balance of engineering and gesture, Venere W2 brings a sense of movement and intent to any interior, transforming illumination into an architectural detail in its own right.
