The Philips CorePro LED Capsule G4 is a compact, low-voltage LED replacement designed as a direct retrofit for a 28 W halogen G4 capsule, offering the same familiar look with the efficiency of LED technology. Its clear, transparent plastic body measures just 12 mm in diameter and 38 mm in length, weighing a mere 4 grams, making it an easy fit for the small fixtures that rely on this bi-pin base.

Delivering 300 lumens from only 2.4 W of power, this capsule achieves an efficacy of 125 lm/W. It produces a 2700 K extra warm white light (colour code 827) with a CRI of 80 and a wide 300-degree beam angle, ensuring soft, even illumination. Colour consistency stays within 6 SDCM, while Philips EyeComfort technology keeps flicker (PstLM 1) and stroboscopic effects (SVM 0.4) to a minimum for a more comfortable visual experience.

Built to run on a 12 V AC electronic transformer, this LED capsule is not dimmable. It offers a rated lifetime of 15,000 hours and withstands up to 50,000 switching cycles, retaining at least 70% of its lumen output at end of life. Rated Energy Class E, it is registered under EPREL 1879161.
