Louis Poulsen NJP Table Lamp

Inspired by de functional Anglepoise desk lamp

Designed by Oki Sato of design studio Nendo, the NJP table lamp is a new interpretation of Anglepoise's classic desk lamp. This table lamp has a simple and pure design where the functional character is very clear due to the visible mechanical components.

The NJP table lamp is highly functional thanks to its swivelling and folding arm and lampshade that can also tilt. The light can thus be positioned in almost any direction. On top of this, the lamp is also dimmable if you want a softer atmospheric light.

The shape of the lampshade has also been carefully designed. The opening at the back not only illuminates the top of the arm, but also provides ventilation. This way, the lampshade does not heat up and you cannot burn yourself on the metal when turning it off or when dimming via the switch on the lampshade.
