Louis Poulsen NJP Long Wall Lamp

The Louis Poulsen NJP Wall Lamp with Long Arm is part of the NJP series designed by Oki Sato, founder of the acclaimed nendo design studio. The series represents a contemporary take on the classic anglepoise lamp, infusing it with modern functionality and design elements tailored to the demands of today's work and home environments.

The NJP Wall Lamp is distinguished by its flexible head and long arm, providing a remarkable level of adjustability. This feature is often missing in conventional wall lights, making the NJP a practical choice for spaces where adaptable lighting is essential. Its versatility makes it ideal for bedrooms with adjustable beds, where finding the right angle for fixed wall lights can be challenging.

The lamp incorporates an LED light source positioned high to minimize glare and unwanted harsh lighting. An innovative aspect of the NJP is its chimney-shaped head, which not only provides soft illumination but also reflects some light through the rear, subtly lighting the top of the arm. This design feature not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also ensures efficient heat dissipation, maintaining a cooler operating temperature.

The Louis Poulsen NJP Wall Lamp with Long Arm has a box version where the lamp driver is housed within a wall-mounted box, instead of on the cord as in the standard version with wall bracket. This design allows you to mount the lamp directly into wall sockets, creating a sleek, integrated look. Depending on your preference, the NJP Wall Lamp can be installed with or without a cord. The corded versions come with a 2.3-meter cord and plug, offering flexibility for surface mounting. These options give you the freedom to choose the setup that best suits your space, whether you want a more recessed, streamlined look or a traditional setup with a visible cord.
