Kartell Goodnight Cap Portable Lamp

Philippe Starck reimagines his iconic Kartell Goodnight lamp, the contemporary candle that now takes on a new, high-tech form. In this Polished Copper finish, the design finally gains a cap, softening its glow into something warmer and gentler, perfect for creating an intimate atmosphere whenever night falls.

This portable lamp is powered by a rechargeable battery and offers three distinct light intensities of 40, 80 and 220 lumens, giving you full control over the mood of any room. Battery life varies accordingly, lasting up to 25 hours on the lowest setting, 14 hours at 80 lm, and 5 hours at full 220 lm brightness. The integrated 1.6 W LED emits a warm 2700 K light through a dimmable diffuser, while the included 100-240 V power supply ensures effortless recharging wherever you are.

Crafted from PMMA and PP, with a painted recycled ABS base, the Goodnight lamp combines sustainable materials with refined craftsmanship. Its matching cap and base are available in Chrome, Copper, Champagne and Titanium gloss finishes, as well as White and Titanium matte variants, allowing you to match it seamlessly to your interior style. With an IP20 rating, it is designed for indoor use.

Compact and portable, the lamp measures 11.8 x 11.8 x 31.5 cm and weighs just 0.47 kg, making it easy to move from room to room. Designed by Philippe Starck in 2024, the Goodnight lamp was honored with a Wallpaper* Design Award in 2022, a testament to its timeless, sculptural appeal.
