Harriet Allure Tartu Scented Candle

Harriet Allure brings the tranquil forests of Estonia into the home with the Tartu scented candle, a refined addition to the German brand's home-fragrance collection founded by Alex Adu. Each candle is presented in an olive green vessel handcrafted from recycled clay in Portugal, where it is poured, shaped and fired entirely by hand. As a result, no two vessels are identical, and once the candle has burned down, the vessel can be reused for a new purpose.

The candle itself contains 280 g of 100% natural rapeseed wax paired with a cotton wick, offering an approximate burning time of 50 hours. The fragrance was developed in collaboration with a perfumer in Grasse, France, renowned as the world's capital of perfumery, ensuring a composition of genuine depth and character.

Inspired by the idyllic, calming woods of Tartu, the scent unfolds in three stages: top notes of cistus and basil, a heart of rosemary and fig, and a warm base of sandalwood and jasmine. Together, they create an earthy, fresh and herbal fragrance that captures the essence of nature and brings a sense of calm to any interior.

Measuring approximately 10 x 10 x 9 cm, the Tartu candle by Harriet Allure combines thoughtful craftsmanship with considered design, making it a distinctive accent for the living room, bedroom or any space in need of quiet, natural warmth.
