Forestier Grass Medium Wall Lamp

The Forestier Grass Medium Wall Lamp is a splendid showcase of natural inspiration and meticulous craftsmanship, designed by the talented Jette Scheib. This lamp is part of the Grass collection, which aims to embody the tranquility and organic beauty of the natural world. It serves not only as a source of light but also as a piece of art that brings the serenity of nature into any indoor space.

This wall lamp features intricate stripes of warm colors that mimic the appearance of cultivated fields, a nod to the landscapes that inspire its design. Each lamp is expertly constructed using hand-crafted rattan hoops. These natural elements are beautifully complemented by hand-woven abaca threads, which add texture and depth to the piece. The use of these traditional materials highlights the connection between nature and the artisan’s craft, making each lamp unique.

Whether mounted in a living room, hallway, or study, the Forestier Grass Medium Wall Lamp is designed to create a calming atmosphere, where light not only brightens the room but also enhances the sense of connection to the natural world. Its design and construction are a testament to the skilled basket-makers whose techniques bridge traditional craftsmanship with contemporary design.
