FRFlos Maap Wall Lamp
Détails du produit
Maap by Erwan Bouroullec brings together three recurring themes in his work: geometry, natural structures and lightness. Conceived as an expansive surface of illumination, its ultralight, paper-like membrane must be crumpled by hand during installation — confronting precise geometry with organic irregularity, so no two Maap are ever alike.
A wall lamp emitting soft, diffused light: the light sources sit on an iron support fixed to a round iron back plate, and the body in ultra-lightweight, tear-resistant fibre material is magnetically secured to the metal frame with large magnetic buttons. Like a low cloud, Maap spreads its glow across a broad surface, so the light seems to come from the whole illuminated area rather than from a single point.
Available in three sizes: Maap W1 — 150 x 155 x 22 cm, 4 x E27 — Maap W2 — 240 x 155 x 22 cm, 8 x E27 — and Maap W3 — 320 x 155 x 22 cm, 12 x E27. All three take E27 LED retrofit bulbs (not included) and are dimmable with an external dimmer. Recommended bulb: Flos LED 11.5 W E27 2700 K A70 (RF32563).
