101 Copenhagen Sitting Man Table Lamp Floor Lamp

Sculptural Floor Lamp and Table Lamp to illuminate your interior in a captivating way

Reminiscing the intriguing silhouette of a seated figure, the Sitting Man Table and Floor Lamp by Kristian Sofus Hansen & Tommy Hyldahl for 101 Copenhagen stands as an artistic fusion of light and form. Crafted from ceramic, this exquisite light sculpture presents a captivating interplay of materials. At its heart, an opal glass sphere glows with gentle radiance, nestled within a spiraling composition that exudes both elegance and complexity. The lamp's design masterfully balances structure and weight, offering a harmonious blend of aesthetics and functionality that boldly challenges our conventional perceptions of form and light.

Even when unlit, the ceramic surface of the Sitting Man remains a study in understated sophistication. Its subtle nuance draws attention to the craftsmanship, hinting at the transformative power that light can bring. When the lamp is illuminated, its intricate structure comes to life, reflecting light in a dance of shadows and highlights that casts a mesmerizing glow throughout the space. Available in two sizes – the grandeur of the Big floor lamp and the intimacy of the Mini table lamp – these pieces invite individual placement within your interior decor, or can be combined to create a captivating sculptural ensemble that captures the essence of modern artistic expression.

Practicality meets ambiance with the Sitting Man lamps, as they are thoughtfully equipped with a dimmable feature controlled by a switch on the cable. This allows you to tailor the lighting atmosphere to your preferences, adapting the mood to various occasions. It's worth noting that the lamps do not come with bulbs, with the recommendation being an E14 Pygmy Matt Porcelain bulb to achieve the best effect. With their innovative design, the Sitting Man Table and Floor Lamp transform ordinary spaces into curated environments that celebrate the fusion of sculpture and illumination, inviting us to experience light in a whole new dimension.
