101 Copenhagen Podium

The Podium Maxi – Coffee by 101 Copenhagen offers a sculptural way to showcase treasured objects, artworks, or decorative collections with the refined presentation of a gallery display. Inspired by architectural façade details, the carved relief on two opposing sides interacts with natural light to create shifting patterns of shadow that evolve throughout the day.

Hand-painted in a deep, warm coffee brown, each piece is finished individually, giving the surface a textured, unique character with natural variations that make every podium entirely one-of-a-kind. The rich tone evokes the warmth of earth and roasted beans, lending both elegance and depth to contemporary interiors.

Crafted from hand-painted fiber concrete, this material combines industrial strength with artisanal refinement. Reinforced with fibers for durability, it remains lightweight and versatile while resisting everyday wear. The Maxi size serves as a striking statement piece—ideal as a substantial side table, a standalone decorative plinth, or paired with the Medio and Mini versions for a balanced, multi-height arrangement.

Finished on all sides, the Podium Maxi can be positioned freely within a room or neatly against a wall. Designed by Kristian Sofus Hansen and Tommy Hyldahl, the piece reflects their philosophy of creating designs where storytelling, materiality, and timeless form meet in quiet harmony. Measuring 30cm in height, width, and depth, with a net weight of 5.2kg, this is a piece designed to endure and enhance your space for years to come.
