Crafted from solid fiber concrete, the Osaka Bowl features a brutalist aesthetic that commands attention through its substantial presence and carefully textured surface. Each piece is hand-glazed, creating subtle variations in colour that celebrate the natural qualities of the material. The simplified half-sphere design is elegantly lifted from the ground by three supporting walls, creating visual interest from every angle.

Designed by the acclaimed duo Nicolaj Nøddesbo and Tommy Hyldahl, this bowl exemplifies 101 Copenhagen's signature approach to fiber concrete—a material inspired by mid-20th century brutalism architecture. The lightweight yet durable construction features a unique tactile surface with characteristic imperfections, hand-painted in layered brushstrokes for depth and authenticity.
