101 Copenhagen Oka Tray

The Oka Tray – Earth in Silver Travertine carries a quiet echo of tradition, its form inspired by the serving trays that have accompanied Japanese rituals for centuries. Designed by Kristian Sofus Hansen and Tommy Hyldahl, this piece merges storytelling, materiality, and timeless form in perfect harmony.

Handcrafted from natural Silver Travertine, the tray showcases layered tones of silver-grey, taupe, and soft earthy undertones that create depth, warmth, and grounded elegance. Its silhouette speaks of balance and proportion—an architectural presence distilled into the gentlest of gestures. Each piece is a natural creation, with unique texture and subtle variations that make every tray distinct.

Measuring 45 cm in length and 20 cm in width with a height of 6 cm, this sculptural tray holds space with grace whether cradling everyday objects, framing seasonal arrangements, or standing alone as an artwork. Ideal for sideboards, coffee tables, dining tables, or console displays, it organizes and elevates vases, candles, or bowls while contributing a contemplative presence to interiors.

Composed of 100% travertine and suitable for indoor use, the Oka Tray is both decorative and functional. As a natural stone, it is food-safe and can be used for serving. Regular care with a soft, damp cloth and mild pH-neutral soap will preserve its beauty. Avoid acidic cleaners and promptly wipe spills to prevent staining. With mindful care, this timeless piece will enrich your home for years to come.
